Any side effects of this craze? I usually train before lunch so taking it that early I guess it won't affect sleep, but anything else?

LOL@ SHP....

Dunno if its a side effect but I was tossing and turning all night.. Apart from that I was fine..

Ohh hour after taking it I got wet armpits

Agree with staino..first thing I was told. Less weight and correct technique, heavier isn't always the best. Wrong technique and that's when sh*t happens like an injury or you're doing nothing for your muscle building

Agree but also if your not lifting your max your not making any progress either. It's just trial and error, I'd rather my form drop slightly then go to light with perfect form.

Unless you just wanna maintain, that's what I've been told anyway.

Ah didn't word it right. Lifting maximum you can could be 40kg for example but no good technique. By lighter I mean lighter than that ^ light enough you have right tech. But not too heavy you're doing sh*t tech.

Think that's worded better lol

Pazz always told me that if you can do more then 12 reps without struggling then its too lite..

Craze test #1

1 scoop with 8oz tap water on an empty stomach.

Struggled to down it with the taste.

Symptoms: no yawning (I yawn even after a full night sleep), sweaty armpits (prior to even doing anything, but lasted a hour), boost in confidence (noticed I was talking to people alot more then I normally do), was able to stare a badass down(chuck norris vision)

Craze test #2

1.5 scoops with very cold water.

Easily digested it compaired to the first time, felt like it tasted better untill the last mouthfull.

2 hours after eating 3 steaks..

Symptoms will post before bed as I just took it and gym later on..

Ah should've thought of that and told you >.< Sister does the same with her protein shake. Fills shaker with water and in fridge overnight. Says it tastes totally different with cold water. She could barely drink it first time with tap water

havent had protein powder for a few years now, I make sure I have 2 eggs for brekkie and 3 before night.

strength is still good, benched 120kg for 5 good reps today. I dont go over 5 reps for compound moves and 6 reps for bis/tris etc.
