I don't think I eat too much. Not in excess anyway but I don't do too much cardio these days so I have a bit of a gut and hips.Most of my other body parts grow fine such as arms, chest, legs but I've never been able to get rid of my waist.Is more cardio the key? When dropping carbs always up protien to try and maintain as much muscle mass as possible. If you don't you will lose muscle size before fat.
