FF most creatines you don't need to load up on now, it you buy where where it says...... For 1 week take it 5 times a day, don't buy. Make sure you get one that says MICRONISED, as that means body will absorb it faster being a finer powder.

Had craze at 7:30pm before footy.

Last time I looked at the clock it was 4:30am.

Must back it up now just to get through today.

im trying to read up on it. so does creatine hold water in the muscles?? is that the idea of it.

seems complicated remembering when to start loading it, then maintain it, then when to go off it, then when to go back. fk me.

Not hard, just stack it for 5 days or what ever it says on the pack then twice a day (before/after training) for six weeks then have a break.

I still had to stack micronized one pazz, if you don't build it up jn your system you will just piss most of it out no?

Creatine doesn't have strength levels, it's just 100% creatine.

All those brand name wonder sups are mostly just sugar caffeine and fillers, that's where you get you high from.

They can't put proper stimulants in as they are illegal.

Your right but has purity, the more pure it is the less you need, creatine that needs loading has the lowest purity levels of all of them. I have I that you only need a teaspoon that is the same as your 5 a day. Trust me Dillz creatine is not creatine, best on market is the Russian creatine. 90% of what people use is from China. Russian 99%pure creatine is close to $250 for 300grams. But 1 teaspoon a day. If you needing let me know as very hard to get.
