Here's another idea, have a short black at the gym (if they make coffee as they do at my local gym) and you will see how better and focused you will feel but drinks lots of water keep you fluids up all day.

^^^^^^what he said, those pills RB Would just be pumped with caffeine, but they would just use some fancy words to describe it. In the states they use pro hormones in there weight loss pills as it's legal there and not here.

Oh fair enough. I guess I'll just have to wait till I go to Thailand to get some proper stuff then. Know of anything to keep a look out for while I'm over there?

I started training again after 2-3 weeks of being a lazy bastard... Had sorta the same symptoms as Adie, lack of motivation and really cbf.. Been at it for 3 days straight now and the pain feels awesome lol..
