I train alone. have tried training with friends in the past but they get sick of it a lot quicker than I do.

I have a week off training every 6 months. Woks a treat. Also went trough something similar. Turned out it was my mattress. Poor thing has had such a workout in its life it had crapped itsel and wasn't helping me sleep at all! Crap sleep really takes its toll
