Did legs yesterday and another workout coming today, should do the trick. I have done 7 leg workouts since Monday last week.

So I can kick carnts in the balls harder, why else? I already said I was doing full body 4 days per week, so that means I've done 7 leg workouts since Monday last week.

There is no difference between a full body workout with legs, and legs by themselves, as far as the leg work is concerned.

You think so? I don't consider my full-body workouts to be anywhere near as intense on the legs as compared to a "legs-only-day" (e.g. leg-day in common parlance)... mostly because I take breaks from hammering my legs by doing core/arm/back workouts in between leg workouts.
