Oh... you dropped the weights off the bar and it cracked the concrete? yikes...  I'm just excited to get in the gym this evening.

I leave the clips off with benching just in case something bad happens. I've only had my wrist give out once about 10 years ago and dropped it on myself. Haha it unloaded itself quite dramatically.

 

This time I just rolled it to my sack, stood up and chucked it. Not too bad but not ideal :declare:

yeah, definitely a good idea to leave the clips off when benching anywhere near a maximum... so it was the "chuck" of the bar that cracked your concrete?

In a cut phase at the moment…

 

Dropping pretty consistently in scale weight but retaining muscle… 

 

Solid bench press set this morning for a deficit… 

10x 60kg 

10x 62.5kg 

6x 65kg 

8x 60kg

Last workout of the week and deload next week. Slowly growing more muscle but being the impatient person I am, it's never quick enough. Oh well should have some decent gains one day ;)
