That sucks mate - hope it heals quick

My finger splint is meant to come off on Saturday. Had an x-ray yesterday and it hasn't healed at all due to how unstable the fracture is, so 6 weeks starts again. I feel your frustration!

Thanks mate. Man that sucks about the finger, I've had similar injuries and it can really take away from your ability to do things.

Today is bench day, also with shoulders, triceps and traps. I'll swap stuff around a bit so it's all lying down or seated and she'll be right.

How’s it going puff? any news?

I’m kicking into another fat loss phase…

I am trying to be as positive about being hangry as I can hahaha

Recomp is hard but I have new definition coming out in places I never thought possible which is cool.

This is July to Yesterday … 2kg up in scale weight… but body fat down a fair chunk I suspect…

Hey fluff, looking good there :)

I'm getting better quicker than I thought. I pulled the pin on all training to get the most recovery possible and I gotta say it feels good not to be aching all the time.

I've basically rested for the past few days and started stretching again last night. Managed to walk around the St Kilda playground for an hour or two today without much pain, although had to take it easy on the stairs.

I should be ok to start bodyweight squats in a few days but will wait a couple of weeks before getting under the bar again.

It's weird man, there was all kinds of snapping action when it went, it was swollen up massively and is still swollen, yet seems to be getting better very quickly. Well at any rate the pain level has subsided significantly.

Hope it keeps improving mate.

I tried to talk the doc into letting me run, but he said no as the jolting wouldn't help the finger fracture heal. So I scored this on FB. 3b8adae691e1c5414508c6bf8e022402.jpg
