I just finished the squats for today in week 5 and even that only was rpe 6.5/7. Muscle memory is pretty crazy, I'll make another jump in a couple of weeks. I'm just waiting for my joints to catch up lol

That is a solid jump :shocked: should give you a bit of a hammering... It is annoying when your Central Nervous System doesn't keep up with your muscle development

The weight is fine, just the joints need extra care. You're right though, it should give me a bit of a boost. I'll see how many pull ups I can do after just for s&g :)

Still pissing out the arse but got the squats done and haven't sh*t myself yet. There's still time though :hrmm:

 

Edit: didn't sh*t myself doing deadlifts either. Happy days :)

went to a gym I've only been to once before... it's a good'un. Smashed a workout and now I'm home. Going to sleep soonish, too, to top it off.
