It was only 30kg for 10 sets of 12 reps.

I'm looking forward to the strength training part coming up in a couple of weeks. Will be interesting to see how my strength compares with this program, compared to a solely strength based program.

Everything felt much heavier than it should have and I generally felt like crap. Got back into it yesterday and the weights got magically light again! Haha not that they are heavy by internet standards anyway

Working hard and only just over 1kg to go before I hit a total of 40kg lost. If I had of been at this weight magically when I started in Jan I’d be stoked, but now I’m on the train I have another 10kgs or so I wanna loose to really get where I wanna be. But yeah overall feeling pretty happy and proud of what I’ve achieved in 6 months. 🥰 Edited 12/07/22 11:35 PM by Mrs Jeturbo
