I think it's from military pressing, so I've gone and had a look at some form ideas to get into a healthier pressing position. I've also had a bit of a chest infection for nearly 2 weeks and training through that has worn me down. Gonna get back to it on Sunday and hopefully everything is all good. Donated on Saturday, Monday's workout was very tough to maintain intensity, Wednesday was noticeably difficult and usually the following Friday is also hard but getting back to base-line difficulty.
