It's easy when you just have to walk to the shed.

I'm just kinda going with the ever second day type of approach at the moment, that way it's not such a huge commitment as every day and I don't feel like I'm having to force myself as much to do something I don't want want to do every day. This way I'm hoping as time goes on I'll want to start coming more, maybe.

Better to get some sort of schedule rather than trying to go every day, imho. Going every day you need to be specifically separating your workouts anyway, or you'll over-train. It gives you no time to recover and make gainz. A beginner should be doing full body workouts every 2nd day. A beginner can't overtrain Keith, they don't have enough strength or endurance. Gainz are made outside the gym in the form of eating and resting. The gym is just a tool to stimulate your body so it triggers all the stuff to make you grow. Get in and get out I reckon

Then there's legs in there as well, so I'm getting a decent rest in between each muscle type.

Lol this is definitely a day for being stubborn.

Obviously we're all different but I'm interested in people's opinions. I've been training for about 6 months now and was just curious what numbers people are getting at the 18 month mark. Fark no!!! The shed was 35 degrees and I'm still sweating it out from new years... Current 1rm based on 5 rep sets is; Bench: 128kg Squat: 151kg Deadlift: 186kg I spose I can make those 5 rep lifts in the next 6 months but we'll have to wait and see.
