Freaky makes a good point keefy. You need to eat lots and eat the right stuff. A lot of your energy intake would go to powering that brain of yours though. I've made a conscious decision to not concern myself with it (other than taking in roughly 250%, in terms of calories, of what I was taking in before I started going to the gym), after taking into account all of the pro's and con's . You don't need to change a thing mate.
