It becomes habit after a while and the walls/procrastinating thoughts we build up in our mind fall down when we can see how easy things are to achieve over time.

However I need to build a deadlift platform as 210kg deads and concrete with some gym matting just doesn't sit well with me haha. Plus I want to add bands.Keep on lifting lads.

I just make sure I lower the bar slowly so I don't destroy anything.

(holy crap, how did that happen...) #k31thargueswiththeworld Will post more in this thread when I get time (busy week at work), but I'm curious as to how you get your kg ratings from the cable based machines you're utilising for a lot of your exercises, Keiffy. Is there a conversion table on the machine that says what weight certain plates are? I've never seen anything like that on those machiens, that's all. All I know is that I put the pin in the number 13 plate for lat pulldown and do 3x sets of 8 reps.

Those numbers are kilogram ratings for where you put the pin in

A lot of them just have generic 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 etc.
