You doing a mixture of cardio and weights?

Try the other protein. If your still getting results stick with it.

Note though that rapid weight loss is hard to sustain. So as long as your still losing weight then you will have your answer.

I dont use protein mate, soo expensive for something you can get in some lowfat mince and greek yogurt/cottage cheese. Post workout meals ftw.

30 mins cardio then 45-60 mins weights then another half hour cardio. then off to work.

to start I have two egg omelet on toast at 3.30am. gym. then I have oats/protein and aminos at 7am. one piece of fruit with greek yogert. chaboni at 9am. chicken or fish with lots of broccoli and some brown rice at 12. dinner I try to keep lean with no carbs if I can. chicken, tuna, steak ect with salad. but being a pig for so many years I do slip and eat a sh*t meal. haven't had a pie in 9weeks though. I used to eat probably 10 a week. need to make a healthy pie.
