I walked past some weights today Nd looked at them.. That's the most I've done in 1.5years..

Sounds familiar. I've been on an extended break from any physical exertion while still maintaining a bulking diet.

I'm thinking about doing the Max's 12 week challenge this year. Not sure what to expect though, and if it would be manageable working 8/6 FIFO. I gotta farken do something soon though, sick of being a fat carnt...

Yeah its a bit hard to find the motivation after getting up at 5am and sitting at a desk for 12hrs. The food's fairly average at my site, which I guess is part of the problem as we tend to go into town and grab stuff from the servo or food van instead...

I did it doing 5 on 4 off 4 on 5 off leaving for work at 6:00 and getting home at 8:00... I don't stay in a camp though so I would cook al my meals for the weak ahead, and package them up into containers and freeze them, then take them with me. I'm underground too, so eating cold veggies and chicken grew old REAL fast, but now it's something I do as its just habit.

well hopefully I can get a name change in a few more months (dags) to bizkets. started out at 114.35kgs and now today I weighed in at 101.10kgs. not to bad.

one question I have for the gym goers. I have been using maxs super shred protein its a great product dont get me wrong but sh*t its expensive. $190 for 3kgs. I was looking at a web site bulk nutrients. they have a thermo whey aswell for $177 for 5kgs. just wanted to know if anyone has used there products and how did ya go.

next goal to hit the 90kgs.

once I lose the the guts I should hit the 90.
