OK, trying to get my head around this reps/sets thing. This for example:

Push-ups. 10 Reps. 8 Reps. 6 Reps. 3 times through. 2 minutes rest between sets.

So my understanding is it means:

  • 10 Push Ups
  • 2 Minute Rest
  • 8 Push Ups
  • 2 Minute Rest
  • 6 Push Ups
  • 2 Minute Rest

Repeat the above 2 more times.

Or is it actually:

  • 10 Push Ups
  • 2 Minute Rest
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 2 Minute Rest
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 2 Minute Rest

And then the same for 8 push ups and then the same for 6?

Not sure mate need to see the original. However this is a workout got a 70 year old.

If ya want to do push-ups grab a good cd about ten songs longs. Do 20 or 30 push-ups each song. The faster u do push-ups the more text you get.
