I'm happy with my arms I just want my chest and back to pop out!

Was told to drink lots of water with creatine. Last few days I've been pissing like a racehorse.

Don't drink too much after taking it, you'll just piss it out. Also, its best to drink with apple juice or grape juice, gets into your system quicker. Never have it with orange juice or a soft drink

You will retain some water on creatine. Which will go in the couple of weeks you stop taking it.

Use it to train hard and heavy.

It can make some people nauseous.

Creatine is some good sh*t... Weights you struggled with you'll lift now. I wanna get back on it..

Struggling with consistency atm.. Was at 109.4kg, then family gatherings, parties (alcohol) ruining my losses lol.. 100kg seems soo far lol, but ill fkn get there....

I know this is kind of weight training related, I'm looking to drop a heap of weight fast, unfortunately Australia is like most country's in that ECA stacks are banned substance (unless you know a meth cook haha)

is there anything else available that does the same job as a ECA stack that can drop weight quick??

I've been looking at doing the Optifast ketosis program but not sure how effective this is ?
