Anytime fitness has only basic machines, I only joined there because it was really cheap and knew ill be in consistent. So no point paying 60-70 a month when sometimes I miss 4-5 weeks at a time.

Dunno how you eat before gym, if I don't have an empty stomach when I train then I can't keep food down

So now 2-3 weeks on IF and I was 115.7kg and as of this morning 111.4kg.. Main thing is when I do eat I eat clean.. Training has stayed the same, but not lifting heavy, more supersets and high reps and added a bit more cardio. Happy with the results so far..

109.4kg..

Havent been eating as clean as I should and work has put a spanner in the works of training but still heading in the right direction.. Last meal was just before 7pm last night, did my 5k run this morning and feeling pretty wrecked hahha... Hopefully my Scivation Xtend and plenty of water will help me through till about midday...

Have many of you guys tried the pre workouts they sell?

I just started using them recently becasue going to the gym after a long physical day I was basically rolling in there with my eyes closed. doing a few sets and then just saying f*ck it and going home.

but did the old 3 scoop trick and bloody geezus that stuff works. I have no doubt it has some fairly bad for you sh*t in there.

Today had some as I was leaving work on the way to the gym and basically thought f*ck putting the pin in the weight stack ill just lift the wole bloody machine. maybe that will stop the spiders crawling all over my skin.

cant imagine what all the old banned ones were like geez.

Still running my 5x5 program, still relatively light weights and haven't failed a set yet, 85kg bench, 100kg squat ass to grass, 55kg overhead press, 60kg rows and 125kg deads. Squatting 3-4 times a week is definately making climbing stairs easy at work haha
