Main thing is when I do eat I eat clean.. Training has stayed the same, but not lifting heavy, more supersets and high reps and added a bit more cardio. Happy with the results so far..109.4kg..Havent been eating as clean as I should and work has put a spanner in the works of training but still heading in the right direction.. Last meal was just before 7pm last night, did my 5k run this morning and feeling pretty wrecked hahha... I have no doubt it has some fairly bad for you sh*t in there.Today had some as I was leaving work on the way to the gym and basically thought f*ck putting the pin in the weight stack ill just lift the wole bloody machine. maybe that will stop the spiders crawling all over my skin.cant imagine what all the old banned ones were like geez.
