How's the training going SHP? I'm starting to fall into a bit of a rut and the beach muscles are starting to suffer!

Getting a lot more sex, great workout, but doing not much exercising anymore. I need to do a lot more on the arms and shoulders., got this far but nowhere near a planche yet

Might be time to change the routine!

Insightful video where he explains the difference between the goals of weight lifting and bodybuilding. Skip to around 15mins for the actual explanation.

Guy from work, taller then me and skinnier then me for ppl that have seen me. Was looking at bulking powders the other day and asked if ther good but he doesn't want to put on weight but shred. I told him he needs a whey protein or just a muscle recovery with creatine. Then asked how many times he goes gym a week, he replied with 'I only go once a week, I haven't noticed any gains so I want to try supplements' I just laughed
