Trying at the moment to eat better. I'm off the big carb pasta lunches and back on the tuna cans and Caesar salads (no croutons) whenever possible.

The jerky will become an afternoon snack option on the car ride home.

starting my annual ohsh*tthepantsaregettingtight routine

Going to just do a heap of bodyweight exercises and not worry about picking up heavy things, getting enough arm workouts shovelling sh*t every time there is a break down at work.

The aim is to be able to do planche pushups . . . . . . . . . . but I like beer and pizza far to much for that to ever happen

How's the training going SHP?

I'm starting to fall into a bit of a rut and the beach muscles are starting to suffer!

I know how you feel mate, Im 70kg and pretty much eat the same as a 90kg bloke, ZERO progress in 3 months
