Hey lads, haven't posted on here for a while. Haven't been able to do much leg stuff due to a still undiagnosed knee issue but have got my bench up to a 145kg 1rm and only a couple of weeks off a 100kg strict military press I reckon. Also building a stronger back using meadow rows (really work well) and dumbbell rows. Been doing a lot of weighted decline push-ups as bench accessory as well.

Been easing back into deads, did 5x5 at 120kg today, trying not to aggravate the knee.

Did legs on Saturday. They still f*cking hurt. Add heels into the mix...wow it hurts to walk. Think I need to buy some flats.

I no longer do heavy leg weights. Moderate and that's about it.

No point going heavy, then not being able to walk for a week. Fugg that.

Also puts too much strain on my knees
