Depends how hard you wanna go Freaky...

Eg. Chest (plus bar)

15 reps at 40kg

10 reps at 50kg

5 reps at 60kg

1-3 (as many as you can do, should be knackered at this stage) 70kg

Adjust the weight as to how much you lift normally...

Then pretty much reverse it and go back down, but go till failure on each set, dont worry about how many just go till you cant no more, then drop the weight and go go go lol..

My chest is sore as f*ck today!!!
