Chest (plus bar)15 reps at 40kg10 reps at 50kg5 reps at 60kg1-3 (as many as you can do, should be knackered at this stage) 70kgAdjust the weight as to how much you lift normally...Then pretty much reverse it and go back down, but go till failure on each set, dont worry about how many just go till you cant no more, then drop the weight and go go go lol..My chest is sore as f*ck today!!!
