I've heard all different things about taking it, some say take it 30mins before training, some say straight after, some say both. I used to take it before gym with trib and I saw results but its prob because I was going 4-5 times a week then. Then this year I was taking it after gym and didn't notice a difference

Dunno what creative I used to have but now I've got maxx cre8 carnage

Im still loading on Creatine so im taking it more often, but once you load your muscles it doesnt matter when you take it as you will already have it in your system, just the daily maintenance dose.. which I will prob have with my post workout protein shake..

Yeah mate they say you put on about 1kg of water weight as it hangs onto water, but I can live with that.. Other than that there are no real side effects, just gotta keep the water intake up as it can cause dehydration but if your diet is right than you should be drinking enough water already..

If you need to load your Creatine MIKA change brands...

Go for a Micronised creatine as it's finer and absorbs better...also put it in Grape juice as it's the quickest transporter of supplements.. If not just add creatimne to the protien shake.. Also Mika cylce creatine like any supplement, body will adjust to it and be less effective...! month on 1 month off...

Freaky as a first time creatine user you will see gains pretty quickly.

Pazz ive looked it up heaps before deciding to use it and everywhere says to load up on it to saturate the muscles and after that period you only need to maintain it and also you dont need to cycle it.

The Creatine I have is Micronised.

No need to load up on it......Trust me cycle it, body will adapt like anything.. Loading it will put your liver under alot of stress...use a Kre alkalyn creatine as it is one of the best.
