Set the weights one or 2 above the lightest and literally did one set as quick as he could then onto the next machine. All the while looking around like a hero, seeing who was looking at him.. How high are you what do you weigh body fat percentage age etc etc. Me41181 cm112 kg18 percent body fat. Aim105 kg10 percent body fat.Also the weight lifting community is a caring sharing one.
