Did a deadlift workout today after not doing any legs for at least 5-6 weeks die to my stinking knee. Managed to work up to 3x170, 2x190, 1x210 and a single at 220. That's after spending 4 hours in a car heading home from my olds, drinking very little water, and eating very little food. Pretty happy with it out of the box. I don't want to sacrifice form as that will ultimately damage my knee further.

Ok so kinda got the gym bug back, tryna get my diet back on track to since coming back from Thailand... Went hard this week and am paying for it now haha.. Still lifting what I did before the holiday but its alot harder than before, chest has gotten a bit weaker though, but feels good to get back in there..

I love doing legs... I'm doing a lot of volume and sh*t does it hurt... Took a full 5 days this week for all my soreness to go away.

Wouldn't mind training them with you boys one day see how it's really done!
