Or get an eski. Those plastic ice packs should be enough to keep your food cold with this weather now.

Found out from my new Physio that I strained my weak hammy not my calf so apart from the exercise bike its two weeks off rehab.

where would I put the car fridge or eski?

the front hardly fits a normal sized person, and the back is always full of work stuff.

no chance.

would still need a micro wave to heat my food up.

Who needs a microwave when food is already cooked before hand.

Theres tuna salmon salad cold pasta ........ cold veggies. ;)

Mowed through my third day of My Smolov bench program today. 8 sets of 4 reps @ 107.5. Got the last day for week 1 tomorrow with 10 sets of 3 reps @ 115kg. Will be interesting to see how I back up.

Will be a total of 133 reps and a total of 12+ tonne moved. And that's week one.
