Wingnut Member 573 Member For: 16y 3m 27d Gender: Male Posted 28/03/13 02:40 AM Share Posted 28/03/13 02:40 AM (edited) I was in the same position about 12 months ago, well 12 months to the day as of Sunday. 92kg 5"10 around 23%. Now I'm at 83kg and about 11%. Completely changed my physical and mental well being, best thing I have ever done for myself...I started by using the Dukan diet. I only did it for a couple of months and that's all it took to kick start my new out look on fitness and nutrition. Next 12 months I'm hoping to nudge 90kg at around 6-7%. I might throw up some before and after pics. The change is quite dramatic.. Edited 28/03/13 02:40 AM by Wingnut

Lost around 20kg once I started weighing myself after seeing results, but I reckon I lost around 30kg all up..Well im back from Thailand.... That place is off its head. Trained once at the hotels gym but that gym was pathetic and half the stuff didnt work, not one set of DB or bench lol.. But the place is like a sauna, so walking everywhere would have been decent cardio. All up put on about 3kg, which I dont think is too bad considering the amount of alcohol and crap food I consumed..Went gym today, ran 3km and trained legs and threw in a bit of biceps for sh*ts and giggles.. went as hard as normal which was good, but found it harder than normal, so lost a bit of strength and I can already tell its gonna be 3-4 days of PAIN hahha...

They taste awesome a little expensive yes but for when your busy and CBF cooking its the best meal.
Wingnut Member 573 Member For: 16y 3m 27d Gender: Male Posted 28/03/13 10:49 AM Share Posted 28/03/13 10:49 AM (edited) Yeah im thinking maybe I use them for my lunch. I dont really eat subway but a foot long costs you just the same. Or even a nice pack of sashimi is around $10-12.I eat 4-5 times a day with shakes making up at least 1-2 of those so if I factor in 1 of those meals it would be a good option!!its pretty much the same stuff I cook myself anyway but not having to look around at lunch time if I forget to cook would be a bonus. Its rather depressing how hard it is to get a good meal in the CBD with so much going on.BTW, does anyone on here go to Dohertys in Brunswick or Flinders St? They are both very close to either work or home but not too sure if I should sign up. I need a new gym as my current one is starting to get a little too crowded.
