cizzink11 Member 352 Member For: 12y 3m 5d Gender: Male Posted 11/03/13 04:15 AM Share Posted 11/03/13 04:15 AM Im new to the gym scene. Currently been going 6 days a week sunday being rest day. I have my 4000 calories a day with help of a whey protein. I have an extremely high metabolism and have about 10% body fat from years of martial arts weighing currently 62kg im 5'8 tall. As a strength guage when I started I was dumbell chest pressing 12kg and now im pushing 28kg each hand. I have seen some visual gains mainly in my abs, tricep and traps. I find my strength is gaining fast but I guess I expected a little more dramatic visual change. Time will tell I have not lost the focus to go every day religiously. I train different muscle group per day but try to fit chest in twice a week with a 2 day gap Inbetween Sent from my GT-I9300T using Tapatalk

You seem to know what you're doing so just be patient it takes time. Make sure you're getting in enough protein in with those calories and don't be afraid to do a little cardio maybe 2-3 times a week. It will help you build muscle faster.
