Start the cycle again and keep rolling it over.

So if you're going to do Mon-Fri, whatever you do on the Monday you'll do again on the Friday. Then on the following Monday do what is next in the sequence which will be chest/tri's and so on

If you do legs properly then you'll be farked walking etc.. after doing legs on a monday for the rest of the week.. Just something to think about if your work is fairly physical..

My routine is prob the same as yours and like stiffy said what I do on Mondays I repeat on Friday and start the cycle again... I'm starting to train on weekends too cause work is fairly busy ATM...

yer I thought the same thing mike

but I train legs on a monday after they have rested all wknd

I do alot of walking/stairs/climbing ladders all day

if I train legs end of week or mid, they will be already farked

so I was told train them after they have had some good rest ie wknd!

Train weekends freaky!

I do chest, back and abs one day, legs and arms the next. I recover quick as but can't train Wednesdays, so it works well.

Also freaky ladder is they excuse, I run around all day carrying all sorts of heavy sh*t up across sh*t ground. Can't skip the legs!

Hit a 240kg deadlift today. Have done it before but was 17kg heavier then. Burst a blood vessel in my eye in the process though.
