I don't get doms that often no matter how hard I train, except for legs. Is that normal?

Been out of the game for a good while blokes, whats the best pre-workout sups and proteins these days?

Used to used Horleys awesome mass and musashi bulk (because banana tastes awesome) for proteins and SizeOn creatine (during workout).

From what I have heard its just sugar filled rubbish which is why it probably taste good. Most proteins taste ok these days but I wouldn't say they are overly enjoyable.

I take Hyperwhey from Nutrabolics. All there stuff seems to suit me and they have a huge list of pros supporting their product so it's not a bad option.

As for pre workout you need to try a few and get something that suits you. I have about 6 different ones atm and they are all ok but my favorite is either Swollen or C4. Both give me a lot of focus and stamina.

How did u find the German volume training. ? Interested in having a shot but afraid of injuries while dieting for a show in may

Definitely an intense workout, haven't sweat so much in a workout. I have been cheating slightly with 2 warm up sets included in the 10. Can't really comment on the effectiveness of it as I have only just started.

Does anyone get DOMS after doing dead lifts? Where does it hurt?

Hit's my glutes and lower back the worst. Stiff leg deads will attack your hammies more if your after that.

Tried a few PWO samples from the local supp shop, ended up getting the Cellulor C4. First couple of weeks were great, but my body adapts to PWO's quite quickly and made some PB's instantly on the first 3 workouts. Had a couple bad crashes after cardio.though.

Will be giving Craze a go next, heard some good things.

is doms like cramps?

DOMS = Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness, so just the muscle soreness/fatigue you feel after working out.
