I injured my shoulder and didnt go anywhere near it for ages and doing incline bench hurt also.. Spoke to a guy at the gym and he was telling me about an injury he had and he after a week or so kept working the muscle, but very very light and he's back to 100%.. So I thought f*ck it, in my second week now and im almost back to where I was before I injured my shoulder and only very slight discomfort.
