I have increased to 50kg now (dont laugh). that's working me hard- 9,7,7,6,6,5. (last 2+ 2 drops)

what is the best exercise to do to work pecs?

I want to focus on them mainly, as my arms look biggish anyways.

Correct me if I'm wrong, I'm not an expert but I believe no one exercise will work every aspect of your pecs.

After you determine what parts you need to work on, it comes down to what works for you and personal preference.

When I used to train I'd usually go flat barbell bench (mid/upper pec ), incline barbell bench (upper), dumbbell flys (inner?) and you can also do decline for lower pec but I didn't do it as often.

Again, feel free to correct me on anything only going on what I remember

Started incline bench and a bit of shoulders after injuring my shoulder ages ago.. I injured my shoulder and didnt go anywhere near it for ages and doing incline bench hurt also.. Spoke to a guy at the gym and he was telling me about an injury he had and he after a week or so kept working the muscle, but very very light and he's back to 100%.. So I thought f*ck it, in my second week now and im almost back to where I was before I injured my shoulder and only very slight discomfort. Can also notice an improvement in all of the other upper body exercises since getting back into shoulders..
