Awesome effort first of all.. That's exactly what I want to achieve.. I was around 127kg and want ideally to be in the 90's kg.. I'm around 110kg now..

Agree with wingnut. I can stop working out for a while due to work or whatever, but as long as I keep my diet in check I don't put on weight, it's all in the diet.. You've had a break, nkw get back on it I say!!

You get use to it.

For a bit during my bulking phase my trainer told me to eat maccas after every workout... Did it for a while, I'd have a shake straight after training, then go to maccas on way home and grab 1 large Big Mac meal with choc shake and a quarter pounder. Then when I got home I'd eat my dinner, 300 grams protein, 300 grams vegies, 150 grams brown rice.
