Hey mate, wheats you diet like? How often do you IF?

Diets pretty restricted due to the gluten and lactose intolerance. I eat what I can, but generally I'm in a pretty large calorie deficit each day. Try to intake enough calories to avoid a catabolic state.

Was doing a 24hr fast once a week, generally Monday, then 18/6 the rest of the week days, would have breaky on the weekend.

That's what I do Adam, except no 24hour fasts. Well did, went from 93-95 to 82-84 in about 4 months. Since then I've started doing runs 3-5 times a week and lifting 3 times. Happy with the results.

Irmcdowell. Get on a tready/ cross trainer and run to lose weight. Beat results are lots of exercise and diet. Spend an hour on it if you have to.

yeah everyone says that but who the f**k is going to read through all them again haha. was just asking anyways I'll just ask the guys down at the shop then I guess

useless bastards :horse:;)

if ya want to lean up fast and have plenty of def. go join a kick boxing club and go 3-4nights a week, also try and do double classes and get into all of it mma, boxing, kick boxing and sparring. Trust me you'll strip the fat off quick and be fit as a fiddle... if ya can be fuct try and squeeze in some interval running or sprints once or twice a week.

6 months of this and you should be well on your way to having some good def. and will also be alot lighter if that's what yuo want.

Once your there its up to you if ya wanna throw the towel on the kickboxing and start hitting the gym 5 days a week with sweet bugger all cardio. Maybe grab yourself some whey protein, creatine, etc.

Even join your local soccer club or basketball (alot harder than it looks) and and also go to the gym also add some in some ghey ass cycling..hehe

Theres heaps of dif. ways ya just gotta find what works for you.

I'm going to knock off the IF and try and lose the last 10kg or so tracking my calories and using IIFIYM. That will get me ready to maintain when I hit target weight. Not being such a massive calorie deficit will allow me to lift heavier sh*t as well.

Managed a top set of 10 reps at 100kg bench which calcs to 130kg single. I was doing 130kg 1rm when I was 139kh. Bit of a difference!

yeah I used to do boxing but never changed my diet and still loved a good beer so got good back and arms but maintained a bit of a beer belly haha. I guess I should try these creteine/protein ones you guys talk about to bulk up a bit first and then hit the boxing again to tone down?

rather then get tone and then try bulk?

Googled IF and its pretty interesting, goes against almost everything you hear when trying to loose weight and be healthy lol.. But you two have results and from reading online alot of other people have. Think I might give it a go for a week or 2 and see how it goes.. Ive hit a plateau in my weight loss im hovering around the 114kg mark, need something to get me through the barrier.. Im gonna go 16/8 and maybe throw in a 24 hr day and see how I go.. Any advice?
