Your lucky mate, ive been struggling with my left shoulder for about 2 years. its really knocked me off my game and ive not been able to train properly since. I actually went to an osteopath this morning and had some treatment, I may need an ultrsound in a month or so to decide if I need key hole surgery or not

Yeah im pretty much in the same boat, mines my right from an old cricket injury.

I got to a point a few months ago that I couldnt do pretty much any chest exercise for pain & loss of strength.

I have been focusing on real shoulder-centric exercises to try and get rid of it, it seems to be working with only mild pain & discomfort now.

I can put up with that as long as it means I can still lift heavy, I have been making far too good gains to have surgery & be out of action for months.

Ouch, the rib one hurts! I did that 6 months ago.

I found that if I kept moving, it loosened up a bit, and if I sat down for to long, I had a hell of a lot of trouble standing back up.

Well I googled some rotator cuff and the other shoulder thing and gonna give them a bash along with my chest/tri sesh today..

Just got back from gym with shoulders and thought I'd do legs aswell, paying for it now but great workout.
