Far out. That's really impressive mate.

RB it's easier if you get someone to do it for you as the triceps and sub scapular tests are hard to get a correct reading when self testing.

Have lost a total of 15kgs now.

10 reps at 125kg for squats today which calcs to a 167kg single. The most I've lifted since the knee injury. A pretty good Friday workout.

I'm using intermittent fasting to lose weight. 1 or 2 24hr fasts with a large meal (dinner) at the end or an 18 hour fast with a workout followed by lunch and then dinner. Usually only have breakfast 2-3 times a week.

Works a treat, doesn't cost anything and you can eat what you'd normally eat for those meals. Win win
