haha... I mean you dont get the required amount in salads, a bit of this a bit of that doesnt cut it and you dont need the lettuce, doesn't do much if anyhing for you. Also if you're putting dressings on the salads, you're wasting your time eating it.

Much better to have a serving of broccs..

I eat steamed broccoli, beans, carrots, peas and cauliflower every night for tea..

I'll stick with the salad to mix it up a bit..

Salad still good for weight loss

I add some walnuts to my salads, as well as some chickpeas, jus to make it a bit more filling.

Also, if you do prefer to have a dressing, a small amount of balsamic and olive oil should do the trick.

I have broccoli more so than salad. I eat a lot of protein not only because I like it but it naturally makes you feel fuller anyway. For most if not all my meals ill fry up some chicken breast, steam broccoli and once it's all cooked ill slice it up throw it in a pan with some oyster sauce, soy and chilli. Tastes amazing for a quick lean meal and really hasn't bored me after 6 months of making it a major part of my diet.

They had like a 2 page article in a recent men's health where a bit of fatty dressing like olive

Oil etc can help to obsorb the nutrients in the veggies. Lil bit of fat is good fr recovery and growth too

Had an awsome back massage yesterday to stretch out my back muscles, the chinese girl had fantastic hands.

Todays a rest day but back at it tomorrow.

Meal replacement shakes and bars.

Yay or nay?

Obviously they are going to help me shed body fat and reach my target % quicker but how will they affect my ability to build muscle?

They seem like a good substitute to bringing packed lunches to work everyday.
