Had to cut things a little short - no finisher! I have an outdoor session with the trainer and a few other clients tomorrow morning, should be good for cardio and generally making me feel fcuked...What do you guys recommend for a filling meal that is very low on carbs? I was thinking salad with chicken...but I can't really think of much else - even the brown rice I'm having now has a decent whack of carbs in it. They just make me feel fuller then just lettuce, tomato, onion

Just stay away from the processed ones, like white bread.

Might have to stock up on chicken this weekend and substitute red meat with chickenThanks guys
