My leg day is 5x5 back squat with 100kg

Then 5x5 deadlift with 125kg

Then 3x8 back squat with 75kg

Then 3x8 deadlift with 90kg

Then 5x5 thrusters with 60kg

Then 3x8 thrusters with 45kg

Normally feel pretty damn crook when doing the 3x8 back squats but soilder on!

Pretty much do not want to even think about walking or attempting to use my clutch after that

Pat 5x5 is great for strength, you should do 4 sets

4x12/10/8/6 keep increasing weight each set as ell, even if it's only 1kg. 5x5 is good for building strength if you are are power lifter. For building muscle and losing weight need to to increase weight each set and decreasing reps as it gets heavier.

Anyone been to A1 Supplements on Bell St??

That place is craaaaaaaazy... I picked up some new pre workout to replace my Meso and a test booster as well as some protein. The guy, who was awesome by the way, recommended "Swollen" and holy sh*t is it good. I got twice the pump and half the come down I was getting with Mesomorph. Its by far the best pre workout I have tried.

I wont be buying my gear from anywhere else in the future, I highly suggest you try and check it out. Its worth a drive for you boys down in the Sth East and even further.
