Creatine too?So yeah was thinking it had more to do with not eating right and alcohol than anything else, but thanks for clearing that up Pazz..Had a good back and bi workout today, although I was buggered from being sick, did db curls, preacher curls and some quick reps on the cables with a lower weight. Back did lat pull downs, seated row and assisted chin ups..Ozking, I want to loose weight that's my main goal, and the best way is to do weights with a good diet, but then your putting on weight (muscle) correct?
