Yes I was comparing flat DB to incline BB. I know they are very different but to vary so much in weight between the 2 worries me. I also do a lot more declined bench than I do flat bench. 30kg each side for flat and 40 for declined. So strange! Could it be my shoulders needing to catch up to compensate for those weaknesses in those exercises?

Lol do you slide the bar against your legs

Nah it sorta hits on the drop, after you lift to your chin you basically drop it as a reverse deadlift.

Difficult to controll the bar with such a close grip and you do very quick reps.

Did a new pb for incline chest with dumbells today.. Pretty happy as ive always struggled with incline
