I'm one of the only ones in my gym who does proper lifts so I have nobody to compare to. I love all the olympic lifts! I seem to see everyone else do wank factor sh*t and stare in the mirror. I don't do it for any comps, I just think is good to include some power lifting nd strength training into your workouts. Of course I wan a get bigger, and look better, people are lying if they say otherwise. But I do a fair bit of sport and like to surprise people too haha. I always get 'are you sure your right with that mate?' or 'just move fora sec ill lift it' then when they can't I embarrass them To be honest I don't think eating is the answer. Unless I devoted my whole life to it and quit my job to body build full time I can't put on anymore weight. Or eat anymore for that matter. For 6 months I took 5 meals to work plus breafast and lunch at home. was super conscious about what I ate and trying to max my protein and carbs. I put on one kg. Got sick and lost 4 in 2 days. I love all the olympic lifts!I seem to see everyone else do wank factor sh*t and stare in the mirror.that's another reason. I see most guys go in and do heavy lifts but dodgy as all f**k and then stand around for 5 minutes looking at themselves. If you go heavy you need to have perfect form. simple. When doing normal reps, good form is key but 1 or 2 cheat reps where you might swing a little doesn't hurt.

I can't comment as I'm not in your weight range and don't do max lifts.

Do you have a weight goal you want to get to?
