Honestly dont know what I did to it. 3 days after playin footy I woke up in pain. 6 weeks later I had 0% improvement. Finally went to docs and got scans. The day I went is when things started improving by themself. Today I rekkon its already at 80%0% in 6 weeks then 80% in under 1 week without any treatment? Go figure. Cant remember the technical term of what the issue was, will asked the mrs and get back to you. To help with it though, I bought tennis elbow straps which I found helped.
