What supplements is worth taking? Any good advice/recommendations

If anything would like something to recover quicker

What are you looking at? Getting bigger or leaner theres lots of different types of protein.

I like Optimum Nutritions Hydro Whey - Turbo Chocolate

Bugger all carbs and I find to recover quickly with it.

May I ask how old you are Snapper?

What are doing for your legs to hurt for 3-4 days, unless you are doing 3-5 plates either side for squats yes they should hurt.
