interesting xod, happy for you to explain why im all for reading new info around here.

I remember once buying serious mass by the ON brand once. and the scoop was like a small shovel. it was fkn huge!

they need to have a scoop that size to meet the facts they put on the back. if you remember it would have been like 80grams of crabs and you dident eat for like 3 hours after?

ill put it in fuel terms you run 98 and use less fuel but it costs more....

112, best I have been is 118 about a year ago, bulking up again trying to get the magic 120kg, and 6ft tall.

I had you Pazz, I got to 113 before this illness struck! haha

I only use protein shake after traing or in mornings if I was to train as a meal replacment (only leaning up time)

no suger is good suger.

at the moment im doing protein and fat only diet no carb for a few weeks to get my strength back then ill switch back to carbs for a month or two
