Hey all!

Recently I have been getting a lot of soreness after a workout primarily in my arm joints when doing bicep training. I thought it was due to lifting to much weight to soon so I lowered it a fair bit and still today 2 days after my last workout I can barely extend my arms to full length.

Normal or am I doing it wrong?

I started gym last week, nothing but pain and soreness afterwards, this weeks has not nearly been as bad, I think I broke it in good.

Taking creatine and protein powder, should I include this CRAZE stuff before a workout?

All depends what time you train Ivan, if in morning go for it, if after 3pm I say no as you won't sleep for most of the night. It does help with strength and performance in gym, but can keep you awake more than 8 to 12 hours depending on person.

Go craze as Mesomorph is like crack!

Yes it is Ivan, my mate who owns that supplement shop was sold out of Craze, told Me all the disco bunnies buy 3 to 4 tubs and what they do is put in little baggies and have through out the night. He sells more to night clubbed now than bodybuilders.
