I thought it was due to lifting to much weight to soon so I lowered it a fair bit and still today 2 days after my last workout I can barely extend my arms to full length. It does help with strength and performance in gym, but can keep you awake more than 8 to 12 hours depending on person. Go craze as Mesomorph is like crack!
