Theres heaps you can do, exercises, rep range, number of sets, time your muscle is under tension (negative training) tri sets, giant sets, super sets, change rest periods between sets.. The limit is the weights I have, max free weights is 47kg and 50kg on the machine. Its ok for biceps, shoulders and tri's, but for back and esp chest I can bench all of it for 3 sets of 10 reps, without a spotter.. I could def do more. Thinking about buying some more weights, an extra 2x 20kg plates.. Or join a gym, but I like working out at home, sometimes the thought of having to drive somewhere you cbf.. I pump my music and just go nuts hehee.. Edited 02/06/12 01:55 AM by MiKa

I've been doing kick boxing now for roughly 6weeks. My legs got hammered from sparring last night so gym it is now as well.Tonight I did back and biceps.. What would be good for say tomorrow and the next day and so on??I was thinking shoulders and abs but I'm not sure..Chest and triceps the following day and then....What's a good weekly routine? I can go every day because it's a 24/7 gym but would like to have 2 or 3 days off somewhere as inc. kickboxing I'll get a pretty good workout anyway.I bought some gear like craze yesterday and had it before and during kickboxing last night (2 heaped scoops all up)... Fark me I don't think I slept at all last night, my eyes were pinned this morning and I've felt scattered all day. Cant believe this sh*t is legal. Lol! Would have thought shoulders and chest would be a killa on the same day..?My left leg is still f*cked hard from kickboxing so legs will have to be set to the end of the cycle for now.Going by what I've read in the last hr it seems there is certainly more than 1 way to skin a cat.. just need to start with something that will work right enough to get the ball rolling and figure it out from there.Haahhh so much to learn!! Lol!Good stuff mate.If you want to do a couple of kick boxing training sessions a week you need to group the muscle groups. Something like chest/shoulders/tri's, back/bi's, legs/abs would work. I would also have a rest day in there each week. You don't want to overtrain.
