I have been taking easy for a while Pookey, but today was the first day started to go a bit heavy. So Dumbell shoulder press I used 30kg per dumbell but think I could of gone 37kg as did that pretty easy.

^ 17.5kg for me but coulda done 20+

was savin it for 4 sets..

and 40+kg for you next time pazzo after reading that

in my case I have no idea what I can lift. I just lift what he throws at me.

started with 15kg and put em back and got 17.5s

my technique can turn to sh*t if I push too heavy...

prefer to do 10 reps with good technique than 8 with sloppy technique..

that being said I will grab the 20s next time first up
